Which US medical school is best for Bachelor degree?

I am from Bangladesh.and i need to know which are the best medical schools? does Harvard or any Ivy league schools have bachelor school? and one more question i heard that Harvard rarely excepts students that didn't studied at least for 1 year in US or Canada? are there any ivy league school that excepts international students? grade(i got GPA5) and extra curricular activity is not a problem for me. but i need to know those things
