Best sports to lose weight?!?
I am 15 years old and about 5'6" or 5'7" I weigh about 125-135lbs depends on the time of year and what not. I know I'm not fat, but I want to be more toned. A toned butt, toned stomach, toned legs. I play high school soccer, used to play basketball but switched to high school boys wrestling last year, and I am a hurdler/sprinter on my high school track team, and in the summer I'm on swim team. I've read and all those sports are awesome for weight lose....but I don't need weight lose, I need to tone myself up, Victoria's Secret model style lol. So I guess I could exercise but I get so bored, what sports or activities can help me tone myself??
