Need to lose weight before wedding day?

Health food is easy to look up online, and good fat losing exercises is cardio (not push ups, sit-ups, or and of the other muscle building exercises), run/walk/bike for half an hour a day for moderate to slim loss and hour or more for a more of a loss. Diet foods are a lot easier to look up online then have someone ask you here.
