Is this a possible way knowing that it was the asker who reported your question?

I got a violation, but successfully appealed it, when you succeed, you answers reposted right? so, I still see the question title in my activity with 1 answer, but it's already deleted it. I suspected it's the asker, i'm familiar with the idea that you'd never know who reported you, but what do you think?
