Boys are mad at girls?

Hi,I am LIDIA from India.I have a biiiggg doubt.I am not cute as an actress but a good looking chubby girl and age is 18.Why these guys are always looking at me so badly?They all know that i am a married girl.When i was in balcony a boy waved his hands and gave me flyng kiss.Before a week my cousin behaved to me badly,he hugged me and kissed me when i was taking a nap.My dad's office is building near to our quarters.So there are some labour workers,who are very cute and age is below 29.When i am in kitchen i can see them working.But they are not working properly,all the time they will march infront of the kitchen window,and if just,in a damned moment i am looking at them they will began to smile and show some gestures.If i was a beautiful girl,we can say that they are looking because of my beauty.But i am an average beauty girl and not as colour as them.Then also why are they staring at me?But its totally funny lol.I think if we are dressing a statue with a girls dress they will also look at them and began to smile.Moreover there is not any activity from my part to encourage them.My doubt is this,all the boys are crazy to girls and they will behave like this to every girl from which country they are or only indian boys/men will behave like this???
